Day Of Coordination is included for all of our HayLoft weddings. We have in-person and online planning sessions to make sure we are organized and ready for a low stress and fun event.
“Day of” provides you with a HayLoft Event Planner for your wedding day to be on-site to throughout the day and will we keep everyone (including vendors) on schedule.

Upscale restrooms are included with your package. We provide impeccably clean restrooms along with an attendant to ensure the complimentary toiletries are restocked, countertops wiped down and floors are clean during your entire event.
There are 11 restrooms: Men's room (5), Ladies room (5) and a large ADA compliant restroom with ramp.
Our restrooms are air conditioned, heated with running water, flushing porcelain toilets, modern porcelain sinks and contemporary faucets sitting on top of beautiful repurposed wood vanities. They are fully stocked with all paper products, hand soap and touch free hand sanitizer.
