HayLoft in the Grove is a rustic and chic wedding venue just outside of the quaint Village of East Aurora, New York. It is the perfect venue for couples who want to kick back and have a relaxing and unique wedding experience. We offer a variety of packages to fit your wedding celebration up to our Heifer package for 200 guests.
Our wedding packages include so much more than a space to have your reception! We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor ceremony locations on the property, decor items for your ceremony site, tables and chairs, lovely and comfortable patio seating, yard games, and many other things. We encourage all of our prospective couples to make an appointment to tour the barn and grounds so you can truly get a feel for what a HayLoft wedding is like.

We coordinate all types of events held here at the HayLoft, from anniversary parties, birthday parties, fundraisers to corporate events. The HayLoft has you covered! We would love to host your next company picnic, team building day or other event.
There are many activities on the property, and even hayrides! Our facilities include free wi-fi, a projector with pull down screen for presentations, cable hook ups, seating for over 200 and more! We offer a variety of packages to fit your event needs.

We offer Day Of coordination to all of our HayLoft couples! “Day of” provides you with a HayLoft event planner on your wedding day to care for all of the details. We will run your ceremony, keep everyone on schedule, and be the point of contact for all of your vendors throughout the day. Day of coordination also gets you an extra planning session with one of event planners to finalize details.
Restrooms are included in your package. Rent-a-Restroom provides incredibly clean restrooms along with a restroom attendant to make sure the toiletries are restocked, countertops wiped down and floors are clean during your entire event.
